In an effort to make your home stand out online, just like staging, great photography is a requirement in our opinion, and you as a seller should not accept anything less. After we complete preparing the home for going to market, we will schedule a time to photograph of your home with a professional photographer.

Using our amazing photos, we use these to implement a virtual tour for your home. We also create this tour with the ability for you to share on your social media and anyone you would like as well. Our unique virtual tours are prepared to track how many times its been viewed, and we share this information with you on a regular basis.

Open Houses

Do You Do Open Houses? We get asked this question all the time. We customize our listing/marketing plan based on your needs and goals, market activity, and other numerous factors. Upon bringing your home to market, we will hold an open house to introduce the new listing to the neighborhood. Open houses also serve as a great opportunity to obtain feedback from potential home buyers to determine how we need to adjust if needed. We don’t recommend having open houses every single weekend as it makes you as a seller seem desperate.

Keep in mind, serious buyers are working with a Realtor, and will be scheduling their private viewing, and since we are doing our job right, they should have no problem finding the home on the market.
