How we go above & beyond in selling your home!

Staging

Many homeowners don’t know what staging is or how valuable it is when selling a house. We truly believe in the benefits that staging can do to help your home sell faster. With the majority of potential home buyers shopping online before even stepping foot into a home, pictures truly do make the first impression. From our consultation to even bringing on board a professional home stager for a consultation that will put a plan in place for your home.

Professional Photos

In an effort to make your home stand out online, just like staging, great photography is a requirement in our opinion, and you as a seller should not accept anything less. After we complete preparing the home for going to market, we will schedule a time to photograph of your home with a professional photographer.

Virtual Tour

Using our amazing photos, we use these to implement a virtual tour for your home. We also create this tour with the ability for you to share on your social media and anyone you would like as well. Our unique virtual tours are prepared to track how many times its been viewed, and we share this information with you on a regular basis.

Open Houses

Do You Do Open Houses? We get asked this question all the time. We customize our listing/marketing plan based on your needs and goals, market activity, and other numerous factors. Upon bringing your home to market, we will hold an open house to introduce the new listing to the neighborhood. Open houses also serve as a great opportunity to obtain feedback from potential home buyers to determine how we need to adjust if needed. We don’t recommend having open houses every single weekend as it makes you as a seller seem desperate.

Keep in mind, serious buyers are working with a Realtor, and will be scheduling their private viewing, and since we are doing our job right, they should have no problem finding the home on the market.

Internet

Where on the internet do our listings appear? EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE! Our homes for sale get exposed to the internet home sites every day, and only to sites that update on a regular basis. Some examples include Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.Com and so many more. 99% of buyers that call their agent to see a home is because they noticed the home online somewhere.

In addition to the abundance of websites we promote to, we also utilize social media by sharing to get the promotion we can use to gain more advertising.

Email

Email campaigns are a fantastic way to promote and market any home for sale. Upon bringing a home to market, we use these campaigns to distribute to potential home buyers, vendors we work with, current and past clients, Mortgage lenders, and of course campaigns specifically for Realtors in the area of a home.

Print

Yes, there are still print marketing avenues that are used in the digital age. They may not be as effective as they once were, they still impress homeowners. From time to time, we will utilize print ad to announce a new listing, open house, or any news related to your home. In our experience, maintaining an online presence is more beneficial and more cost effective, but there are times that print may work so our goal is to work every possibility to sell your home as fast as possible.

MLS

This is a given for most agents, but it still needs to be stated and even explained. What is the Multiple Listing Service? Why does it help sell a property quickly? MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service, and this is the FIRST place we add your new home for sale and it is the FIRST place any Realtors will search for homes for sale for clients they have. Here is we inform agents and potential home buyers the specific information about your home.
